**SIGN ON BONUS TO ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES**
- **25% after 30 days**:
- **25% after 90 days**:
- **50% after 180 days *must be within good attendance standing**
**One game: $6500**
**Two games: $7000**
**Two games: (with craps) $8000**
**Three games (no craps): $8500**
**Three games (and one of the three is craps): $10,000.**
**All major games (with craps): $10,000
**RATE OF PAY**: $7.25+ (Game Knowledge + Tokes) / $28.00 Supervisor**
**Status**: Full-Time
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Directs and runs the dealer rotation system.
- Determines the appropriate mix and spread of the poker games.
- Oversees the lists and seating for the games in progress.
- Oversees the banking functions involved in the running of a shift.
- Makes rules and decisions pertaining to the games in progress.
- Delegates responsibilities to the poker dealing staff.
- Represents the Poker Department in dealings with other departments, during the course of the shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Poker Room Management Team.
