**Scheduling Coordinator**
We are a leading **home care company** and have an immediate need for a full time Scheduling Coordinator in the non-medical home care field. This position offers some flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Qualifications:
Essential skills:
Attention to details, computer skills, good organization skills, outstanding communication, and problem solving skills are required. Good English speaking skills, reliable transportation and great attendance is a must for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to assign caregivers to our clients based on the clients expectations and the caregivers background.
Ensure caregivers are fully compliant before assigning them to a customer.
Support the registration process of caregivers.
Maintains professional relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Assures confidentiality of clients and caregivers.
Must have a pleasant and professional personality in dealing with caregivers, customers, and customer leads.
Responsible for adhering to all AHCA guidelines for a nurse registry.
Additional responsibilities include answering phones, greeting the public and miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Must be able to take calls 1 day per week in the evening and approximately every 4th-6th weekend from outside the office.
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday -- Friday
We are a small family oriented work environment and prefer someone who is friendly and reliable. This job is not for job hoppers, extensive training will be needed.
