The employee will be working as a **Lead** for a canvas printing company located in the city of Anaheim. This position requires employee to review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly, monitor stock levels, etc.
**Schedule**:
- Monday -Friday (6:45am - 3:30pm)
- OT as needed
- Weekly Pay
- **_Potential pay increase after the probation period (based on work performance)_**
**Duties**:
- Review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly.
- Monitor production progress and make necessary changes to maintain efficiency and meet production demands.
- Oversee training of new employees.
- Monitor performance of employees and provide coaching and instruction as needed.
- Report daily metrics.
- Ensure all Team members abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Perform and/or oversee maintenance tasks of machinery.
- Monitor stock levels of build-to-stock frames to ensure adequate stocking levels.
- Employee **must have** prior Lead experience
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
