Construction Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry.

Would need to report to westville IL on Mondays to get in company truck and drive to the job site. plan to be out of town working monday through friday and mínimal weekends required.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Assist in the installation of structures, such as cell phone towers, Fiber facilities, and car charging stations
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Drivers License, CDL Preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary

Note: This is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
