Premium Pizza Chef

**SUMMARY**:The Premium Pizza Chef is responsible for making pizzas to specification using an extra-large, fresh dough ball. Produces pizza quickly and efficiently. Maintains a clean and safe station.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surface, utensils
- Operate pizza ovens/conveyor ovens
- Accurately measure ingredients required for building menu items
- Cook to quantities to meet changing demand levels throughout the day
- Clean, stock, restock workstations and display cases
- Must be able to fulfill all shifts for full stadium events
- Work closely with Market Operations Supervisor
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 2 years experience in a Pizza shop/restaurant producing fresh dough pizzas, supervising staff, managing product quality, inventory, and production.
- Ability to build and cook pizzas and related items consistently to specification
- Knowledge of dough, sauce, cheeses and other pizza components
- Experienced in handling raw dough to prepare pizza items
- Be able to stand and walk for 9-10 hours per event

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs

- Fast-paced work environment
- The noise level is moderate on non-event days and loud on event days

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- Food safety certified
