Vacaville is a quiet town nestled right in the middle of San Francisco, Napa and Sacramento. It’s an excellent place to raise a family and be close to so many wonderful places in California.

Blue Ridge Chiropractic was started in 2015 by Dr. Zack Rushing. Dr. Zack opened the practice in his hometown of Vacaville. This is a family and sports chiropractic practice that adjusts full spine and extremities. The practice has now grown to seeing approximately 150-170 patients per week.

Dr. Zack uses a variety of chiropractic techniques to provide care to patients, including Diversified, Activator, Drop Table, and Gonstead. Graston is often used as a modality for muscle therapy, other modalities (such as ultrasound) are sometimes used.

After outgrowing the original location, Blue Ridge Chiropractic expanded into a new, larger space in 2021. With the change in location, additional space was designed for the addition of another chiropractor. Along with moving locations, Blue Ridge Chiropractic also joined the office with Dr. Katheryn Conde, a neuropsychologist and the founder of Northern California Neuro Health. Dr. Conde provides one-on-one therapy as well as neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Zack and Dr. Conde are married and were excited to find a way to successfully join their practices under one roof.

The practice also has a massage room which currently has two massage therapists sharing the space.

Blue Ridge Chiropractic was designed to allocate time for the doctors to work with patients to address their needs. Currently, our office sees no more than 5 patients per hour (10-12 minutes per existing patient visit). As a new doctor in the practice, you will be provided with training and support systems to allow you to grow within the practice. You will be given adequate time to get acquainted with patients and procedures before increasing your patient load.

Our front desk staff and office manager are very talented and have great systems in place so you do not have to worry about billing and scheduling on a visit to visit basis. This will allow for you to focus on providing excellent patient care and growing within the practice.

Blue Ridge Chiropractic has won the award for Best Chiropractor in Vacaville three years in a row by the local paper’s annual reader’s poll. We are looking for a chiropractor who will continue to provide our community with a high quality level of care.

Associate Chiropractor would have their own treatment room that they would consistently work out of. Looking for someone who has the willingness to administer high quality existing adjustments and therapies. We are also excited if you bring new techniques and approaches to patient care to incorporate into the practice. Dr. Zack is willing to train enthusiastic applicants as well as schedule appropriate seminars to gain more expertise in a technique.

Base salary of $60,000/year with a bonus structure in place to bring total salary up to $100,000/year. Medical and dental benefits are included with the position, Your malpractice insurance as well as 12 CEUs per year would be paid for by Blue Ridge Chiropractic.

Office is 60% cash-based and accepts personal injury cases as well as some insurances.
