**_About the position..._**

The **Construction** **Laborer** will be assisting with various tasks and projects related to the company’s Equipment and Construction division. This individual will be performing manual labor in the** Harrisburg to Manheim area** to ensure that job-sites are progressing and deadlines are being met as laid out by the Superintendent and Foreman.
- Report to the Superintendent/Foreman for daily work assignments.
- Complete manual laborer including but not limited to digging trenches, using hand tools, etc.
- Operate company owned vehicles, material handlers, scissor lifts, rental equipment and including towing trailers and compressors.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining site storage trailers and equipment.
- Installation of exterior and interior foundation drains.
- Assist with other daily sitework tasks such as demolition and clean-up.

**_ What we are looking for from you..._**
- **Work provided will be located in the Greater Reading, PA area**:

- Be able to complete construction work, including but not limited to digging, lifting, climbing ladders, and entering trench excavations.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 95 pounds.
