- Minimum one-year experience in an automotive parts department
- Experience with ETKA (Audi/VW/Porsche) Parts Catalogs
- Strong computer aptitude - Experience with dealer management systems (CDK etc.) as well as Word and Excel. We’re switching to Tekion, one of the newest dealer management systems - this would be a great opportunity to learn something completely new and add it to your skillset.
- Ability to understand and carry out directives that involve several steps for completion.
- Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at once.
- Ability to lift or move heavy items - Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Must have the ability to establish productive, cooperative relationships with the public, vendors and all employees of the dealership.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and serve every client promptly, courteously and professionally. Answer all questions and assist in identifying and obtaining needed parts.
- Accurately and efficiently look up vehicle parts.
- Ensure parts are charged to RO’s and invoices.
- Check in parts daily and sorted appropriately. Ensure that all wholesale deliveries are called in to dispatch by 8:00am
- Maintain orderly records of wholesale and body shop orders.
- Maintain inventory on shelves and bins by performing perpetual inventories and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- Returning parts to the manufacturer and ensuring they meet return guidelines for credit.
- Place stock, next day and VOR orders.
- Properly label and sort warranty parts.
- Ensure technicians have all appropriate parts pulled and ready for daily appointments.
- Participating in educational and developmental programs for Porsche as well as staying up to date with Porsche’s new product offerings. Many trainings will involve out-of-state travel.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
