**OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY**:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for WCCI facilities; ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing, landscaping and electrical trades work. Operates a variety of maintenance and cleaning tools and equipment; and performs related work as required.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs, furniture assembly, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other repair/replacement work as required.
- Works with WCCI’s computerized maintenance management system for work orders, inventory and approvals.
- Perform preventative maintenance repairs and routine building inspections to identify possible issues.
- Completes and maintains related records such as maintenance logs and security incident reports.
- Transports equipment, furniture and supplies manually and/or using aides such as dollies and carts. Operates a motor vehicle to pick up and move goods and supplies.
- Performs the duties associated with events, including executing the set-up plan in a timely manner and ensuring breakdowns are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor/Executive Staff.

***SKILLS/ABILITIES**:

- General knowledge such as carpentry, janitorial, painting, masonry, plumbing and electrical
- Familiarity with common cleaning products and equipment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent Customer Service
- Problem solving and analytical
- Ability to foster open communication and trust.
- Create a team atmosphere that inspires excellence and enthusiasm.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-5 years’ experience of Facilities and Maintenance experience
- Experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment

**EDUCATION**:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
