Albany Management is seeking an experienced **Commercial Cleaner** for our 41 State Street commercial office building in downtown Albany. The position is part-time, schedule is Monday through Friday evenings 4:00-8:00pm. Location is on the bus line.

**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**
- Dusting and mopping of offices and common areas
- Cleaning rest rooms
- Vacuuming and garbage removal
- Stripping & waxing, burnishing and carpet shampooing
- Other housekeeping and building tasks
