The Project Manager (PM) works with outside customers and internal D4 departments to employ a proactive strategy for understanding and supporting desired business expectations. This ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specifications. The PM identifies and addresses customer issues and coordinates resources to assist with resolution.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

Manage programming requests, specifications, and change orders from outside customers and internal CGI departments.
- Enforce project deadlines and rollout schedules.
- Perform internal testing and coordinate customer user acceptance testing of enhancements.
- Manage procurement of client-owned and CGI stock and supplies.
- Review monthly inventory management reporting, postage tracking, monthly customer billings, and other reporting for the customer order process.
- Draft and present initial and final customer job specifications (IBRC) to internal CGI departments.
- Interview, investigate, and communicate with end users/customers to determine what is needed and propose business solutions to management to solve outstanding issues.
- Assist with prospect statement of work and request for proposal, as needed.
- Coordinate and lead Project Management meetings, at least monthly, for all assigned customers. Document discussions and collaborate with team members and management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **EDUCATION**:Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management.
- **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum Required: 3-5 years related experience in customer service and project management.
- **PREFERRED**: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products. Exposure to SQL databases. Relevant experience in a document distribution business is a plus.

- Time Management - Ability to set and adjust priorities to meet customer and internal deadlines.

**PHYSICAL EFFORT**
- Required to physically perform the basic functions of reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive motions.
- Occasionally required to walk and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Must possess visual abilities to perform extended reading and computer work.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Normal office: Standard, climate-controlled office setting.
- Production facility: Moderate noise level
- Must be available to work additional hours and be on-site full-time.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
