**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to drive user growth and achieve regional targets in your region
- Recruit, build, lead, and manage a local team in your region
- Design and execute marketing operations in your region with P&L responsibility
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall company objectives
- Oversee operational processes and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a operational/marketing leadership role
- Strong negotiation, management, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning
- Experience in operations management and project management
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**THIS IS AN EARLY-STAGE STARTUP FOUNDING TEAM POSITION. STOCK OPTIONS ARE THE PRIMARY FORM OF YOUR COMPENSATION.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $110,865.20 per year
