Construction Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overviewing and keeping track of our projects' procedures and policies within our Construction team. This would include keeping the the construction pipeline smooth by ensuring it remains filled with a balanced flow of project schedules & appointments that are in alignment with the team's KPI goals. Skills needed to achieve these tasks are excellent customer service skills, high-level organization, and close attention to detail.

**Performance Objectives**:

- Ensure that all projects are set up for success by following and executing on project timelines
- Speak with and schedule inspections for various municipalities and cities throughout the Phoenix Valley
- Coordinating with Construction Managers and Superintendents regarding job starts when projects have reached 100% job readiness.
- Working within our project management software to set clients up for success throughout the construction process
- Attendance is required at all construction department meetings to ensure a strong connection between design and build.

**Qualifications / Key Competencies**:

- Drive to take initiative and seek responsibility to problem solve.
- Must pay special attention to detail with a strong affinity for maintaining optimal organization.
- High communication ability in both written and verbal form with the talent to convey accurate & timely updates regardless of positive or negative information being presented.
- Strong ability to sort through complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and redlining construction project-related drawings.
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet optimal communications between Lavender departments and clients.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for the design and construction industry even under pressures.
- Valid driver’s license

**Education & Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, scheduling, and administration. (Preferably within the construction industry)
- High school diploma or GED required, four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, design, or business communications concentrations strongly preferred.

- Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
