**Job Title**:RN Med / Surg

**Position Summary **:As an Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) and Telemetry unit you will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit.
- Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms using telemetry systems, promptly identifying and addressing abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation of patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Medical/Surgical (MS) nursing.
- Prior experience in Telemetry nursing is mandatory.
- Willingness to float between units as required.
- Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly required.
- Proficiency in Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
- AHA BLS & AHA ACLS - Required

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per week
