Breakfast Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and presentable
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee and hot food items
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining utensils, equipment, and work areas

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus
- Knowledge of banquet or catering operations is beneficial
- Ability to handle food in a safe and sanitary manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic phone etiquette skills

Please note that this is a paid position. We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
