Landscaping Foreman

**Balanced Environments, Inc. a leading area landscape and snow removal contractor seeks motivated individuals for our Landscape Maintenance Foreman position in Pewaukee, WI area.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Perform garden and flower bed maintenance, such as planting, weeding, and mulching
- Conduct lawn care activities, including fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding
- Manage groundskeeping duties, such as litter removal and debris cleanup
- Irrigate lawns and plants to ensure proper hydration
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal
- Oversee the construction of landscape features, such as walkways and retaining walls

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise a team
- Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Proficiency in lawn care procedures, including fertilization and aeration
- Experience with groundskeeping tasks, such as litter removal and debris cleanup
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation
- Knowledge of tree care practices, including pruning and removal techniques
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members
