Mini Melts Parts & Equipment Utility Worker

In this role, you will report to the Parts and Equipment Inventory Manager for our Trevose, PA
warehouse. Out of this warehouse, we supply our network of distribution centers and operators
across the country with the equipment and parts they need - GNG Freezers, storage freezers,
vending machines, vending machine parts, stickers and graphics, advertising materials,
supplies, etc. You will be responsible for preparing equipment and parts to ship, maintaining
accurate inventories, and warehouse organization.
Job Duties
- Accurately receive and record all incoming shipments according to established receiving
procedures. This includes both new and returned parts and equipment
- Use scanners and Microsoft Excel to properly record all incoming and outgoing large
freezer shipments
- Work closely with the P&E Manager to determine what equipment is shipping each day
- Prepare the equipment and parts for shipping using established warehouse procedures
○ Manually palleting, wrapping and strapping all equipment for safe transport to
customer locations
- Coordinate with the office staff to get the appropriate shipping labels and work orders for
all equipment shipments.
- Track all parts orders that come in and work with the P&E Manager to fulfill these in a
timely manner and properly track inventory in and out
- Clean and refurbish all returned equipment. Power wash, scrub, and strip graphics to
prepare the freezer to be re-graphiced
- Prepare all GNG Freezers for shipment or installation after the graphics are applied
- temperature conversion, add brackets, add wheels, and add stickers and signage
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Reliable Transportation to and from work
- Pre-employment physical and drug test
- Regular use of manual pallet jack or electric pallet jack
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extending periods of time
- Warehouse experience is a plus
Starting pay rate: $17.00/hr
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
