Refrigeration General Laborer

**OVERVIEW**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent, required
- Industrial/commercial refrigeration experience, preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time in all types of weather
- Focused on safety and quality
- Manage time effectively and efficiently
- Comfortable working at elevation and ability to climb ladders
- Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record, required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- OSHA 10 and Lift certification, preferred
- Must pass substance screenings and background screenings
- Must abide by employee manual and all safety policies

**SCHEDULE HOURS**:

- 40+ hours per week - working times vary between 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Opportunity for over-time

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Loading and unloading work vehicles
- Set-up job sites for daily functions
- Painting parts/pipes to refrigeration units
- Cleaning and organizing job sites and work shops
- Practice proper safety protocols
- Assist Supervisor on daily activities
- Securing job boxes and/or removing them from rooftops
- Following directions and taking initiative to help the team
- Running supplies to site
- Shop inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
