In this role, you will champion product distribution, ensure impeccable display execution, and cultivate strong relationships at the store level with our valued retailers. Your primary focus will be on maximizing impact, collaborating closely with our distribution partners and third-party sales resources to achieve revenue targets within the region. **This person will be covering the Westchester County Area, NJ, CT and Metro NY.**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture a key account list, fostering personal relationships with key buyers, owners, and managers.
- Successfully meet monthly volume and distribution goals, effectively realizing overall market objectives.
- Secure additional placement within retail locations, including secondary displays and cooler placement, with a continuous focus on enhancing Waku's positioning in each venue.
- Oversee relationships with store contacts, distributors, and brokers, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual success.
- Conduct weekly "route rides" where applicable, identifying opportunities for improvement in underperforming accounts and routes.
- Monitor inventory levels and the proper utilization of P.O.S. (Point of Sale) material, ensuring adherence to commitments made.
- Maintain constant communication with the internal team regarding execution efforts, milestones achieved, and challenges encountered.
- Utilize a digital platform to comprehensively track sales visit history, goals, and accomplishments.
- Schedule weekly demos and field marketing activations to drive trial acquisitions and foster robust customer relationships.
- Review monthly account performance meticulously, identifying areas of growth and optimization.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, developing corresponding action plans to capitalize on them effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in **beverage sales, preferably within the non-alcoholic sector.**:

- Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to travel to retail accounts daily, engaging in regular face-to-face interactions during selling scenarios.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
- Enthusiastic about and comfortable working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage consumers at their preferred shopping locations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency in planning, organization, and project management, coupled with excellent written/oral communication and presentation abilities.
- Competence in Google Suite and familiarity with team collaboration tools.
- Possession of a clean driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
