This includes **PAID Training** for 2 weeks and can earn $400+ per week.

**Seales the Deal **is a leading authorized dealer for **Comcast**, **AT&T, DirectTV, Verizon, Frontier and ADT. **Our Sales department is in search of Retention Representatives to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers in-person or at the site locations. We are searching for someone who’s ambitious, with leadership qualities, entrepreneur drive, and passion to compete in the industry.

**Required Skills**:

- **Bilingual speakers are highly encouraged to apply (Spanish/English)**:

- Positive attitude and student mentality
- Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Extremely self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and availability to work full time
- No experience necessary, only willingness to learn and excel

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers with product questions and resolve issues if any
- Establish a professional relationship with business owners and clients
- Represent our clients with the utmost professionalism
- Help customers learn about the latest promotional plans and deals.
- Retain existing customers by lowering their bills.

**Compensation/Perks**:

- This is a 100% commission-based role with average annual earnings at $70-$75K nationwide and top performers making over $100k

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
