Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in an organised and appealing manner
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labelled, and comply with food safety regulations
- Assist guests with their meal selections and provide help as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as required
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of culinary practices and meal preparation techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to handle delivery driver duties occasionally
- Proficient in phone etiquette for guest interactions

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
