Live-in Manny

Pay: $1,000 per week ($35+ per hour)
- Start date: July 8th
- Hours: Monday to Friday: split shift 8am-9am, then 3pm-6:30pm
- Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, major holidays off, flexible sick/personal days
- Guaranteed hours every week
- Weekends: Additional hours as needed (paid extra)
- Long-term position, live-in required
- Live-in accommodations: private bedroom with bathroom

**Requirements**:

- Driver’s license required; car provided during working hours, parking available
- COVID vaccinated required due to travel
- Preferably CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Experience with autism preferred but not required; willingness to learn crucial
- Must be adaptable and understanding of occasional meltdowns

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage and care for a 22-year-old with autism who comprehends like a 6-year-old
- Play sports (basketball, tennis), do puzzles, and watch Sesame Street
- Assist with making meals (simple lunches and dinners)
- Transportation to activities and appointments
- DJ for pool lessons and oversee swimming sessions
- Accompany the family during travel, including a month-long trip to Florida and international travel to Australia (passport required)
- Provide coverage during mom’s meetings

**Environment**:

- Indoor pool available for swimming lessons
- Pets: Dog and cat in the household
- Regular housekeeper, pool service, and fish tank maintenance
- Grandma occasionally stays with the family
