Experienced Lifeguards

Mulligan’s Pointe in Georgetown is hiring Certified Lifeguards for the 2024 season. Must be able to work Weekends (6.25.24) Memorial day Weekend through Labor Day ( 9.2.24)
- Season Saturday, May 25th to Monday, September 4th, 2023_

**Responsibilities and Duties of a Lifeguard**
- primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
- responsible for enforcing all pool rules fairly and consistently.
- ensure proper pool water chemicals, record keeping and maintaining a clean and enjoyable aquatics facility.
- responsible for reporting any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to their Supervisor.
- maintaining a clean and safe pool and pool house is not optional. You will be required to Vacuum and scan the pool every morning. Continuing to scan the pool throughout the day from any blown debris that may enter.

**LIFEGUARD REQUIREMENTS**
- Lifeguards MUST be a minimum of 16 years old by date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course under 18 and must have working papers prior to starting
- Lifeguards MUST be able to work 4th of July and Labor Day weekend
- Lifeguards MUST be able to work weekends throughout the Summer _(Friday, Saturday, Sunday)_
- Lifeguards MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused
- Lifeguards MUST have _current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certificates_ or obtain before the beginning of the season

pay rate: $13.5-$16/h (depending on experience).

Pay: $13.25 - $15.00 per hour
