BP Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced plumbing piping estimator to join the team. The estimator is responsible for all phases of the bidding process including pre-con services and performing estimate take-offs.

Duties include quantity take-off, material, equipment and subcontractor pricing, spreadsheet input and proposal preparation. Estimates are prepared using Quote soft / Express Piping estimating software (experience a must). Must have the ability to interpret plans, specs and addendums.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must effectively manage time to meet deadlines
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, engineers, etc.
