Appointment Setter

As a result of growth and promotions, Great Lakes Roofing Corporation now has an opening for** **an** Appointment Setter - New Business Development **professional** **to join our team. This opening is at our Appleton, WI office.

We seek a driven, intrinsically motivated addition to our sales team. Someone who understands the art of building relationships and proactively places outbound calls consistently pursuing the next opportunity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications of an **Appointment Setter - New Business Development**:

- 2-3 years of outbound calling experience, and/or lead generation
- Polished listening skills to identify challenges that clients & prospects are facing, so we can deliver solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.

This is not a receptionist role. Your ‘hunter’ efforts will convert leads into appointments for your Outside Sales partner. Your heightened sense of urgency will set the pace creating measurable results, and reaching commission/bonus targets.

**Responsibilities of **Appointment Setter - New Business Development**:

- ** Generate lead flow**:

- ** Manage current accounts **- Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads to create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between clients and Account Executives.

***Job Type: Flexible**
Full-time at 30 hours, your flexible hours are to be worked Mon - Fri during the typical 7a - 5p work day. You make your schedule with your team.

Hybrid roles still have required in-office time that will be determined with your team. A laptop and headset will be provided. Microsoft Teams and Office 365 are used for internal communication.
