**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction sites, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
- Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Operate construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a construction worker or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - preferred but not required.
