Student Services Department coordinates and performs a variety of duties that support and assist the student’s growth and development within the academy. Student services staff is the first point of contact upon students’ arrival and guides students with any necessary resources and information sessions. Provides administrative support and coordination related to different functions as: Student Registration, Housing, Transportation, Medical Assistance, Doctors Appointments, Rooms Maintenance, Rooms Housekeeping, Vans Maintenance, coordinate events and activities. Student Services Staff works effectively with people from different backgrounds, ages, and nationalities.

**Minimum Skills & Experience**
- Ability to communicate efficiently (verbally and writing) with a diverse population
- Proficiently in English language as must
- Strong prioritization, organization and planning skills
- Able to adapt to a flexile work schedule and changes in work hours
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Able to be discrete and keep the information confidential
- Accurate calendar and database management

**Job Duties & Supervisor Comments**

1. Admission services, such as conducting student orientation, and coordination of the campus tour

2, Inputs student data and other records into the academy database. Maintains permanent records for each student and handles the data with confidentiality

3, Use social media platforms and the Academy website to promote Student Services activities and other information

4.Arranges and supervises student activities such as: field trips, shopping, movies, restaurants, games, ,etc.

5.Maintenance of the vans: keep record of services, fill the vans with gas, maintain them clean

6.Prepare arrival/Departure paper work

7. Room inspection in a daily basis for: damages, leaking and others

8. Driving is a must, day or night, for school, activities and errands

9. Attends and engage in staff meeting

11. Organizing all social events and ensuring the schedule of events defined by the RPS Student Services Director is strictly executed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
