**The Job**:

The purpose of the Program Manager position is to establish a leader driving programs, projects and initiatives forward within the product and product marketing department.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead Programs and Projects: Drive the successful completion of programs and projects within the product department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product, product marketing, customers, executive leadership, engineering, customer success, sales, support, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Process Definition, Optimization and Implementation: Define, secure buy-in for, and implement cross-departmental processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operations Management: Analyze product data and metrics/dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for improving product performance.
- Resource Management: Manage product management software and tools, including onboarding and training for new team members.
- Communication Conduit: Serve as a primary communication link between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Team Management: Oversee a small team of product operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- GTM launches: Assist driving GTM launch plans, working closely with project managers in other departments.
- Accountability: Hold team members and stakeholders accountable for their committed deliverables, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Thread Management: Track and manage multiple project threads, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots on project details to align with broader strategic objectives, facilitating informed decision-making

**Who You Are**:

- Experience: 4-8 years of program management experience in SaaS/Tech companies.
- Project Delivery: Proven skills in delivering cross-functional projects, working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
- Accountability: Comfortable holding team members and stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple threads and tracking progress across various projects.
- Process Definition: Demonstrated ability to define and implement effective processes within a team or organization.
- Project Management: Outstanding project management skills, including planning, milestone management, and communication. Ability to adapt and balance delivery with flexibility.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, connecting project details to larger organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in planning with a range of stakeholders and securing their buy-in.
- Project Management tools: Proficiency in a range of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday, etc).
