Position Overview

Roller-Lamination 1 is responsible for rolling out air bubbles from the part. The person needs to have previous experience in lamination and work independently.

Essential Job Functions
- Understand fiberglass process
- Able to handle catalyst
- Able to wear respirator all day
- Capable of using a 3" roller
- Capable of using a 1" paint brush

Non-essential Job Functions
- Organize work area
- Communicate well with others
- Willingness to learn

**Requirements**:

- Work inside without air conditioning
- Exposure to chemical vapors
- Able to stand and walk around all day
- Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
- Able to climb or balance frequently
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling regularly
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds of materials

Other Skills/Abilities
- Ability to be cross trained
