**Job Summary**:
We are seeking someone who likes working outside to join our team. As an exterior cleaner, you will learn how to pressure wash, soft wash, clean windows and gutters, and install Holiday Lights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pressure or softwash residential and commercial properties and roofs
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Install Holiday Lights
- Use virtual schedule

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift on ladders throughout the shift
- Friendly and Honest

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 50 per week
