Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supervise swimmers and guests in the pool area to prevent accidents
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies or incidents
- Provide first aid or CPR as needed
- Perform pool cleaning duties as required
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

**Skills**:

- Valid Lifeguard certification a plus will certify if hired
- Proficient in first aid, CPR, and water rescue techniques
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures
- Experience in pool maintenance is a plus
