**Your Role**:

- **Prepare and Perfect**: Ready parts for finishing and assembly.
- **Craftsmanship**: Construct furniture and drawers, ensuring top-notch quality and functionality.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure drawers are symmetrical and operate smoothly; repair any minor damages.
- **Versatility**: Support other areas of the factory as needed.

**Job Type & Compensation**:

- **Full-Time Position**: Consistent hours and job stability.
- **Growth Opportunities**: Three performance-based wage increases within the first year.
- **Competitive Pay**: Hourly wage with weekly pay, Assemblers Incentive Bonus, and more
- **Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 6 AM - 10 AM.

Pay: $640.00 - $900.00 per week
