**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage the implementation of product enhancements and services for clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

2. Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and debrief sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide training and support to clients to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.

3. Team Coordination:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including technical, product, and support staff, to deliver projects on time.
- Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and manage team performance to meet project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during implementation.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Gather client feedback post-implementation to inform continuous improvement efforts.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for future reference.

**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, implementation, or a similar role
- Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)
- Hybrid (Based out of Miami, FL, Boston, MA, or Woonsocket, RI)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Education**

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $152,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
