**About Harvest Hill**:
**Position Summary**:
The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for tracking and coordinating day to day transportation shipments through HHBC’s manufacturing and distribution network. This position will interact with all departments to support business initiatives. Key tasks will include forecasting, daily communications with 3rd Party warehouse locations, initiating stock transfers, daily/monthly reporting, tracking and communicating shipment schedules. The focus of this role is to ensure the supply chain is fully supported while ensuring all on-time deliveries are being made and avoiding any service level interruptions. The Logistics Analyst will be working very closely with the rest of the Operations Planning and Logistics team, Customer Service, and other 3rd party contacts.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
Administrative

a. Create weekly PO’s to support production and deployment of Finished Goods.

b. Review daily Stock Status report, to ensure inventory levels support forecast.

c. Monitor timely shipment and receipts of PO’s and STO’s.

d. Analyze and reconcile shipping schedules

e. Analyze Inbound activity requirements (Intermodal/OTR)

f. Research outstanding orders, returns and provide live status updates

g. Daily review of EDI errors to ensure timely and accurate processing.

h. Create & post Variety pack and PDM production and usage.

i. Create RMA’s for intercompany PO’s/SO’s corrections

j. Participate in weekly and monthly transfer and planning meetings

k. Coordinate, manage and post production, usage and transfers

l. Weekly review of slow moving and obsolete inventory

m. Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations for warehouses and manufacturing location.

n. Manage daily O,S,&D activity

o. File claims with vendors and service providers

p. Assist with new item projects

q. Assist customer service with ensuring FTL orders are being shipped

r. Work with Finance to clear outstanding issues.

Reporting

a. Update daily status on Customer Orders, PO’s, and Transfers

b. Develop, update and publish monthly KPI reports

c. Develop, update and publish Inbound Intermodal and OTR forecasts

d. Develop, update and publish Active CPU lanes working alongside Director of Logistics

e. Prepare weekly inventory aging and close-out reports for all Business units

f. Prepare monthly CHEP pallets reconciliation summary for Manufacturing and warehouse locations

g. Prepare monthly freight spend report

Database Maintenance

a. Working within 3rd Party Databases for daily tracking

b. Initiate inbound loads or stock transfer orders

c. Maintain in-transit records with freight providers and DC’s

**Position Qualifications**:

4. Strong communication skills

1. Basic understanding of Logistics & Inventory management

2. Expert with Microsoft Excel

3. Reporting experience

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

2. Solid math skills

3. A self starter with a “can do” attitude

4. Works well in a team environment and independently
