Porter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Conduct floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial, or porter roles
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
