**Summary**:This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at one of our express wash locations. The Site Manager is tasked with leading the training and development of staff, ensuring operational standards are being met, overseeing site-level profitability, and instilling a positive environment for both customers and employees. The Site Manager is expected to deliver growth and customer satisfaction at their location.

**Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promotes sales, manages expenses, and maximizes profitability through P&L management.*
- Recruits, develops, and motivates teams to deliver the company's vision; customer experience and financial strategies for the store.*
- Training of Associates - Evaluate performance and set goals.*
- Maintains a neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance.*
- Oversees preventative maintenance programs.*
- Provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.*
- Maintains accurate records and documentation as required.*
- Ensures adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes.*
- Maintains and imposes a professional appearance and attitude at all times.*
- Other duties as assigned.*

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Directly supervises 8-15 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
