We are seeking an enthusiastic and technology-savvy Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our dynamic TTI University team Reporting to our Director of Learning as a key player you'll be the go-to specialist for maintaining and optimizing our Docebo learning platform. **Responsibilities**:
System Administration and Optimization:

- Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs, including system settings, user management, permissions, reporting, automated workflows, and integration with other systems.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the LMS, including course setup and content uploads.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support to learners and instructors, solving issues swiftly to maintain high user satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless, engaging, and effective onboarding and learning experience for all users.

Content Management:

- Organize and maintain course materials ensuring they are up to date and meet system standards.
- Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Support regular audits to review content quality and compliance with standards.

User Support and Training:

- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting user issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on system usage.
- Support facilitators with creating and maintaining course registrations for on-site and virtual training events.
- Develop and deliver LMS training/onboarding for administrators, instructors, and learners.
- Create documentation and tutorials to assist users in navigating the LMS platform effectively.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Monitor learner seats, subscriptions, user engagement and course completion rates, generate reports on user activity, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for expansion of the LMS capabilities.
- Maintain data integrity and security protocols, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of new Docebo features and updates, implementing enhancements that can benefit our learning environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Team supporter ensuring collaboration with facilitators, instructional designers, project managers, and partners.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, computer science or related field preferred or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Administration of Docebo LMS platform (required).
- Experience configuring APIs, workflows, and additional connections.
