**Profile of The Mount //** The Mount Church was founded in 1907 in Stafford Virginia when there weren’t any paved roads Started by just a few families, the Mount has grown to over 3000 in attendance across 3 physical locations and a campus online. The Mount Church is a growing multi-ethnic church that has been called to make a difference for one more.
**General**
- To assist the Campus Pastor in all administrative tasks as assigned by the Campus Pastor.

- Office etiquette and procedures.
- Basic computer skills in word and excel
- Basic knowledge of the Ministry Platform system - will train
- High degree of empathy for people who come in requiring assistance.
- Model Christian behavior.
**Personal Responsibilities**
- Attend weekly Campus staff meeting for team planning, development and
discuss projects, updates and take notes.
- Attend monthly all-staff meetings at Stafford.
- Prepare all admin needs for Campus Pastor
- Prepare and enter Planning Center as directed
- Make sure all documents are transferred to the Fredericksburg Campus
- Order materials as directed
- Coordinate and organize volunteer schedules for Guest Services and First Steps.
- Regularly assist in recruiting, communicate with volunteers
- Assist in communicating with first time guests.
- Help organize campus wide events and outreach.
- Enter invoices into accounting system.
- Manage Campus Pastor’s calendars by updating appointments or cancellations
- Assist with Campus Pastor’s appointments
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
