21Tech, LLC. is seeking a **Programmer Analyst** with experience with NeoGov and PeopleSoft. to support our client in **San Bernardino County**. This is an **onsite 12-month **initial contract with the possibility to renew annually

**Daily Work Schedule**:ONSITE** at the beginning required to report in office in San Bernardino on a daily basis the first 3 months. (possibility for limited remote work in latter phases of the project). **Hourly rate $57.70. NO C2C.**

**Responsibilities**
- Database design in Oracle, SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries
- Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports.
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in team environment, and communicate with clients.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**

1. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc.

2. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft on-boarding processes.

3. Advanced PeopleCode experience.

4. Experience with Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS.

5. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.

6. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones.

7. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database.

8. Strong understanding of SDLC.

9. Familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and HCM frameworks.

10. Ability to write clean, readable, modular, scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation.

11. Understanding of code versioning tools.

12. Troubleshooting, analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

13. Experience integrating 3rd party recruiting systems into a PeopleSoft environment.

**Experience and Education**
- Information Management, Computer Science, or any closely related field with at least 5 years.
- Working experience using PeopleSoft, SQL and SQR (an equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered).

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $57.70 per hour
