Position Description:
The Wealth Management Operations team is seeking to hire a Client Operations Associate to serve as an operational expert focused on oversight and enhancement to the portfolio management process. This position helps onboard new accounts and modify existing portfolios. As a Client Operations Associate, you will work as a liaison between our external clients and our internal investment professionals to ensure accurate oversight of account implementation. Additionally, you will work closely with Kinetic Investment's leadership team on projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Principal Duties & Essential Responsibilities:

- Properly document all aspects of the new account opening process, pre-filling new account custodial paperwork and investment management agreements
- Confirm accurate completion of client documents and review account setup for accuracy
- Take initiative in finding new ways to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions
- Work collaboratively with various teams within Kinetic to resolve and follow up on client requests and issues
- Work closely with Executive Management on new and existing projects
- Work closely with our Wealth Management Sales Team as it relates to existing adviser accounts

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- 2+ years of experience in operations
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- 1+ year of client service experience, ideally with financial services
- High degree of accuracy, detail orientation, and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently, take direction from multiple parties, perform strong attention to detail, and balance multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Including Word and Excel), Adobe, and Google Suite
- High level of integrity and ethics, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and a strong aptitude to learn, take ownership, and successfully see tasks through to the finish line

Compensation: Salary + Bonus

To apply:
Compensation Range:
$65K to $80K yearly (Depending on Experience)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
