**Overview**:
**Mandatory Skills/ Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience with IT Projects
- 6+ years of experience in IT projects including modernization and implementation.
- Experience with Medicaid and/ or Department of Health or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading functional teams and managing large-scale IT projects.

**Desirable Skills/ Experience**:

- Certification in project management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and other healthcare IT solutions.
