Overview:

- Initiates initial client conversation with the hiring manager. Works to define role requirements, recruitment strategy, and selection and defining the interviewing process.

Salary Range - $68,000/yr to $70,000/yr

About You:

- Bachelors / Associates degree in Business, Human Resources or related degree.
- Experience resulting in proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System. Experience in a metrics driven environment and working in a corporate and agency style recruitment model.
