**Responsibilities**:

- To Foster a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- To greet, serve and advise clients giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Behave proactively in gaining new customers and building loyalty by assisting them with an energetic and positive attitude, both in store and over the telephone, with general enquiries.
- To demonstrate product knowledge.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual targets.
- To deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with manager when necessary.
- To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
- Follow all stock management procedures.
- Take all actions necessary to maximize security and prevent theft of product.
- Participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution.
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the team.
- Systematically track all service orders, their timeframes and prices.
- Courteously contact customers, to update and keep them informed on the timeframes for delivery of ordered products and services.
- Take responsibility for maintaining the impeccable standard of the store, looking after the brands, windows, trays, displays, counters, keys, drawers and cupboards. Keeping everything well-organized and in the highest standards of housekeeping.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience within luxury retail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in English is paramount and preferable second languages are: German, Spanish or French.
