School: Newtown High School

Starting Date: August 26, 2024 - November 15, 2024

Remuneration: $107 per day for the first 30 days then Bachelor step 1-$265.63 per
diem.
- Qualifications: Must hold Connecticut Teaching Certificate in Technology or Art- Have high motivation and task orientation
- Have superior instructional skills, with a commitment to

interdisciplinary instruction- Ability to use alternate means of assessment for students
- Responsibilities: Provide instruction to photography and film classes.- Instruct students in filming, photographing, and editing
- Manage students in independent and group work
- Organize technical aspects of curriculum
- To work as a department member and a member of a faculty
- To consult with teachers, administrators, staff and parents on a

continuing basis- To carry out all facets of the teacher job description consistently
