Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans to improve the lives of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct patient care, including behavioral therapy sessions
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and special education

**Experience**:

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and assessments
- Understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
