Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with good customer service experience to work our registration desk during our Annual Meeting.

**Duties**:

- Greet and check-in attendees and get them welcomed to the meeting
- Collect and verify patient information for social activities
- Help set up the meeting such as stuffing welcome bags, guiding exhibitors, and registration desk

The estimated hours are as follows:
Wednesday, May 1 - Meeting set-up/Job Training -- 1:00 pm -- 4:00 pm
- training/put together attendee Welcome Bags - Dress casual.
Thursday, May 2- 6:30 am - 6:00 pm - Dress: Business casual
Friday, May 3 - 6:30 am - 6:00 pm - Dress: Business casual
Saturday, May 4 - 6:30 am -- 12:00 pm Dress: Business casual
Sunday, May 5 -7:00 am -- 11:00 am Dress: Business casual

Hours may be adjusted based on the job assigned.

FYI - Attendees will be orthopaedic surgeons and their wives. Most attendees will be pre-registered for the meeting.

The meeting will be at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
