Graphic Design

Boutique print shop in Verona specializing in digital, offset, wide format and promotional items is looking for a graphic designer/customer service specialist to help complement their customers service offering. We are looking for a customer-oriented Graphic Designer/Customer Service.

**Responsibilities**
*

Create and design a variety of materials for print and digital collateral
- _Work directly with end customer during design and production process_
- Order Entry & Project Management
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of marketing materials including branded swag, uniforms, business cards, stationery, business forms, brochures, and mailers
- Answer calls, greet visitors and direct meeting traffic on occasion
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Skills**
*

Must have strong competency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Portfolio of previous graphic design experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Bachelors or Associated degree in Graphics Arts (preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Ability to Relocate:

- Verona, WI 53593: Relocate before starting work (required)
