**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your essential duties will include:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during interim and year-end audits.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support the company’s financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Perform other projects that enhance financial results and improve efficiencies of personnel.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- The ability to manage processes designed to fully comply with US GAAP accounting standards.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, and underlying Sub-ledger systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all financial data is recorded correctly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, warehouse staff, and sales teams.
- A self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to find creative solutions and make the most of available resources.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and exhibits integrity and confidentiality in processing sensitive information.
