Dietary Supervisor

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Supervise and train dietary staff on food preparation techniques
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen
- Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
