**Responsibilities**:
Problem solving via root cause analysis of common issues and how to prevent future occurrences either by system or process modification.
Read and write complex SQL queries and utilize query analyzer.
Communication with customer directly to piece together missing information for issue resolution.
Assist a technical writer with documentation creation or revision.
Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues spanning multiple systems.
Debug code for the purpose of defining defects for the development team.
Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory management a plus.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in IT discipline preferred.
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, information systems or information technology, or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience using SQL (writing, reading scripts) and the execution plan for problem identification.
2+ years' experience in C#/.NET
1+ years' experience with Microsoft Classic ASP/Visual Basic 6.
Investigative and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration with multiple teams for tasks and projects.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to assist in multiple projects
Experience with agile project management techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Potential for up to 10% of travel required
Willingness to learn new technologies or procedures
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Understand the execution plan for problem identification
Experience with SSIS/SSRS a plus
